This is a concept casting. A rear engine dragster with driver sitting over the nose.
It has a big front and rear with a narrow middle section which draws from it's namesake a real Wasp.

You can see where the concept's inspiration came from as a real Wasp below has a big front and rear with a narrow middle section.
It also has a big eye that resembles the cockpit on the car.
