Johnny Lightning BPs - Topper Toys - Introduction
Topper Toys, as most toy manufacturers, released their new year products by the end of February in each year. Why that date? Because all new toys were launched and first presented to athe retail buyers at the Annual New York Toyfair which always occurs in late February of every year.
The first card series is known by the wording which appears on the card... "The Challengers!" These cards started in 1969 and lasted well into 1970
-
-
- Currently there are no known fake or reproduction Topper cards to be concerned with.
- There are of course always cards that have been resealed to watch out for.
